What travelers say
A snapshot of guest ratings and stories behind the stay.
“I am bemused as to why people would leave this place such low reviews?! It is very clean, comfortable and the staff try their best to help. Ok yes it's not a glamorous 5 star hotel with spa & pool and sea views BUT that is not what you are paying for or what it is claiming to be?! This is a clean comfortable hotel in Palma. Nothing less. Nothing more.”
